Duddilla Srinu Babu is a son of former Speaker of AP Assembly D. Sripada Rao and brother of Duddilla Sridhar Babu .He is representing Manthani Assembly constituency of Karimnagar district from the Congress Party .Manthani Constituency is popular as it was represented by former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao. It is also one of the most backward constituencies of the region.
